Melodé brings her expertise and talents to Capstone Consulting as a Partner and is the Managing Director of our new Relationship Strategies Practice.
Over the course of her career she has been the confidante and relationship counselor to many men and women.
Each of her experiences have contributed to her expertise in being a business and personal relationship strategist and to evolving her to where she is today. She understands the dynamics of relationships and has many personal stories to tell. Her relationship expertise was recognized by the relationship experts at Match.com, the worlds largest Internet dating site as being innovative and successful because of her unique approach and different style.
Melodé has a deep love for music and is the founder and President of Flashback Promotions, LLC., a music talent promotion company and was the founder of Carpe Diem Now, Inc., a style consulting and interior design firm. Her clients appreciate her ability to achieving a stylish chic look, at an affordable price. Melodé also holds a Realtor/Broker, license in Illinois. Clients come to quickly trust her, believe in her approach and feel assured with her nurturing style. She is candid and will tell you exactly what is on her mind and clients absolutely love working with her. You will too!
Melodé understands women at an in depth level as she is the oldest in a family of seven girls. She believes that whom you choose to be in a relationship with is about more than chance and who you end up with matters as it will impact every aspect of your life. Relationship choices are powerfully influenced by who you really are. Her approach to addressing relationship issues and romantic choices begins with a blank sheet of paper and her analysis involves elements of research, writing, psychology, and various other skills and disciplines. Her solutions, typically begin with an evolving hypothetical solution, an opinion, if you will, grounded in her core values, common sense, and experience, not necessarily in any particular order. Eventually her hypothesis becomes the recommended solution.
