We want to hear what you have to say and we want your candid responses to the survey questions we have developed to gather data to help us direct the future of this great institution. The questions pertain to some of the most important business and people issues we are currently facing. We would like to know your honest thoughts about what it is like to work at the Museum of Science and Industry.

We are committed to building for the future and to do this we want your insight and input. This is because we view our people as the most important strategic factor in achieving our vision for the future.

The data we learn will be gathered by an independent firm to ensure your complete confidentiality. We have engaged Capstone Consulting Group to assist us with this project. All of the survey responses go directly to Capstone Consulting via this online survey. No one at the Museum of Science and Industry will ever see a completed survey.

At the completion of the survey gathering time period, a report will be prepared by Cpastone Consulting and delivered to the the Museum of Science and Industry. We will be sharing the results of the survey with all of our employees in several different ways. Once the survey is complete all survey responses will be destroyed.
